General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and batk1 ("batk1", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at batk1.net. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered on batk1.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

batk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the batk1 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or ambiguity. The batk1 platform is operated and maintained for the entertainment of English-speaking adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager on batk1.net.

By accessing batk1.net you also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, that the funds you deposit are lawfully yours and are not derived from any criminal or otherwise unlawful activity, and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order from batk1 or any other gaming operator that would prevent you from holding an active gaming account.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active batk1 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age required to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing batk1.net from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold another active batk1 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited without exception.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from batk1 or had an account closed by batk1 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of batk1 or any of its affiliated companies or game studio partners.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

batk1 employs age and identity verification procedures at the point of registration and at subsequent intervals as required by our internal compliance framework. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the verification process and to supply any supporting documentation requested by our compliance team within the timeframe specified in the verification request.

batk1 uses age verification technology and may request copies of government-issued identification, utility bills, or bank statements to confirm your identity and age. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account and restrictions on withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of batk1 services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. All information submitted at registration must be truthful and kept current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. batk1 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately. batk1 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

batk1 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason for that refusal. We also reserve the right to close any account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information during registration, or engaged in any activity that we consider harmful to other players, to the integrity of our platform, or to our business.

You agree to notify batk1 promptly if any of your registered personal details change, including your residential address, email address, or mobile number. Keeping your account information current ensures that you receive all important account communications and that your withdrawal requests can be processed without delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

batk1 supports BDT deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on the batk1 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. batk1 does not accept third-party deposits. If funds are received from a payment source not registered to the verified account holder, those funds may be frozen and the account suspended pending investigation. batk1 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment source and to close the account if a third-party funding source is confirmed.

batk1 operates a rigorous anti-money laundering (AML) policy. We are required to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts that exhibit unusual transaction patterns or where cumulative deposit volumes exceed certain internal thresholds. In such cases, we may request additional documentation before processing further deposits or releasing withdrawal funds. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued account access.

batk1 will not process withdrawals to any payment method other than the one used to fund the account, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case additional verification steps will apply. Processing times stated above are targets only and may be extended where additional compliance checks are required. batk1 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile banking provider.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

batk1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on the batk1 platform unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts may not claim or use bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the wagering period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion terms explicitly state that it is a recurring or repeatable offer.
• batk1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time if it determines that the offer is being abused, that technical errors have affected the offer, or that market conditions require a change.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or collusion with other players will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements apply to real-money bets only. Bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward meeting the wagering requirement unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• batk1 operates a bonus balance system in which bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately. Real-money funds are always used first when placing bets, unless you elect otherwise in your account settings.

batk1 may offer VIP or loyalty programme benefits to high-volume players. Participation in any such programme is by invitation only and subject to separate terms communicated at the time of invitation. batk1 reserves the right to modify or terminate VIP programme benefits at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected players.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the batk1 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered batk1 account holders without exception.

You are obligated to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent interactions with batk1, including when contacting support or submitting verification documents.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify batk1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not in connection with any professional, commercial, or business activity.
• Comply with all responsible gaming tools and limits you have set on your account, and to contact our support team if you feel your gaming behaviour is becoming harmful.
• Ensure that all funds deposited into your batk1 account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batk1 platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account per individual, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or on the platform generally. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or with any person involved in a sporting event on which batk1 offers betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing batk1 support staff or other players through any channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access any restricted area of the batk1 platform or any other user's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location where such use is intended to circumvent geographic restrictions.

batk1 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts exhibiting suspicious patterns may be flagged for manual review, and access may be restricted while that review is conducted. batk1 will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and provide account information in response to lawful requests where required.

Account Suspension & Closure

batk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provided false information during registration or verification, or engaged in any conduct that batk1 considers harmful to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of the games and markets offered.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, batk1 reserves the right to forfeit any and all bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from bonus play held in the account at the time of closure. Real-money funds not implicated in the relevant breach may, at batk1's discretion, be returned to the account holder following the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are processed as a priority and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as specified at the time of the request.

Limitation of Liability

The batk1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is accessible, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, batk1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the batk1 platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batk1 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the batk1 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from gambling activity on the platform.

batk1 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, civil unrest, or regulatory action by any government authority. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a bet, batk1 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the batk1 platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as batk1 may specify. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
